The supernatural drama Naagin which has dominated the small screens for a while now, is all set to return for the seventh season. The Colors show revolves around the powers of a shape-shifting snakes. While reports of the season being in the pipeline have been doing the rounds for quite some time now, producer Ektaa R Kapoor confirmed the same and announced it by dropping a social media post that has sparked excitement among the series fans.

Taking to her Instagram page, Ektaa R Kapoor shared a video of her being accompanied by her team as they are discussing about the new season of the supernatural drama in a conference room. The actress further went on to promise about creating the most powerful Naagin for this series which she addresses as ‘Param Sarva Sresht Naagin’ leaving the social media users intrigued about the upcoming series. Fans have dropped heart and fire emojis along with ‘I’m ready’ comments showcasing their excitement.

Many reports about Naagin 7
It was earlier being said that Naagin 7 will kick off in January 2025. However, now it seems that fans will have to wait longer. Moreover, there has been no update shared by the producer regarding the leading lady who will play this shape-shifting snake. While Naagin 6 tasted success with Tejasswi Prakash receiving immense love and support from her fans, audiences are excited to see who will take over the baton this time. Despite Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary denying rumours of her doing the show, fans have been expressing their desire to see her as the next Naagin. Meanwhile, some other users have also shared their wish to have Chahat Pandey as the leading lady.
For the unversed, in the past, apart from Tejasswi, the role of the lead ‘Naagin’ has been essayed by Mouni Roy, Surbhi Jyoti, Surbhi Chandna, Nia Sharma, among others.
