Irrfan Khan’s son Babil Khan, who has made his debut in movies with Qala, has been receiving a lot of love for his work. This young actor too has decided to chose an unconventional path like his father, who was known for his extreme talent and acting prowess. Ahead of the death anniversary of his father, just a few days ago, Babil raised concerns when he wrote that he wants to ‘give up’. However, clarifying on the same, the actor shared another post on April 27, asserting that he wouldn’t because his father taught him how to be strong.
Not too long ago, Babil Khan shared an Instagram story with a pitch-black background wherein he wrote, “Sometimes I feel like giving up and going to baba”. The message sparked massive concern among fans, who were worried about the young actor’s well-being. It also kicked off conversations on depression and mental health, owing to the kind of impact Babil underwent after the demise of his father. However, assuring worried fans, Khan shared another post on Saturday assuring that he is ‘warrior’ who will ‘not give up’.
Sharing a series of photos of his father, Babil wrote, “You taught me to be a warrior, but engage with love and kindness. You taught me of hope and you taught me to fight for the people. You do not have fans, you have a family, and I promise you baba I will fight for our people and our family till you call upon me. I will not give up. I love you so much”.

Irrfan Khan was diagnosed with neuroendocrine cancer in 2018 and while he underwent treatment and even made a short comeback in films, he passed in April 2020 in Mumbai, amid the pandemic after he started contracting infections due to his diagnosis.
